About Us
We're Calvin Florian and Kelly Hart. Together we bought a piece of land right in the middle of Atlanta, Ga. We wanted to build a modern home in between two of the most historic neighborhoods in the city. This blog documents the highs and lows of the process, from financing, designing, zoning, building, and pretty much everything in between.
